Funding for Australian businesses to develop the battery-related training materials and curriculum that build Australia's clean-energy workforce.
The Battery Training Material Development Grant helps Australian businesses develop the training materials needed to reduce skills shortages, raise awareness of career pathways, and support the safe design, manufacture and handling of batteries.
Part of the Battery Workforce Skills and Training (BWST) program — the Training stream of the Australian Government's $20 million Building Future Batteries Capability program, delivered by Powering Australia over 2025–28 under the National Battery Strategy.
